A Verse A Day: Surah Al Baqara Ayah 249

In this new "A Verse A Day" of Salam Islam, remind yourself how powerful Allah is, and having faith in the hereafter. 

" ... Those who were certain that they would encounter Allah said, How many a small party has overcome a larger party by Allah's will! And Allah is with the patient." Holy Quran (2:249)

1. Having faith in the hereafter and divine pledges gives one the power to stand against hardships and difficulties.

2.  No matter how large is the number of the enemy, Allah's will is stronger and more powerful.

3. True believers know their victory to be of Allah's will and not their own power.

4. Muslims should be patient and steadfast when facing the enemy, no matter how large their number, since Allah supports the patient ones.
