A Verse A Day: Surah Al Imran Ayah 159

Salam Islam's "A Verse A Day," this time mentions Allah's mercy and relying on Him. Surah Al-i-Imran verse 159, reminds that Allah loves those who trust in Him.

" ... And consult them in the affairs, and once you are resolved,put your trust in Allah. Indeed Allah loves those who trust in Him." Quran (3:159)

1. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP)'s manner of consulting is to be followed as a model for humankind.

2. Consulting does not threaten the power of ruler or leader.

3. After consulting, one should remember to put his/her trust in Allah and rely on His will.

4. The only remedy in solving our problems is first consulting and then relying on Allah, whether we reach the desired result or not.
