Sami Yusuf – Fiyyashiyya

“Fiyyashiyya” is the title of this music- video by Sami Yusuf. Fiyyashiyya means the song of Fiyyash, a word that means arrogant in North African Arabic. The text of this lyrics is full of divine verses of a slave to his almighty God: “A humble slave am I of an almighty Lord/ No work is too hard for that One who’s adored/ But though I’m a beggar who cannot afford/ to claim any strength, sure and strong is my Lord.”
