The Status of Mothers in Islam

Mothers in Islam are held in very high regard, to the extent that her satisfaction is considered to be the source of many blessings upon her children. The reason for such status in Islam for mothers is the hardships they endure in bringing up their children and the time and patience they spend in helping children become successful adults. Heaven is only a part of their reward for their sincere and loving sacrifice, and Allah will reward them with the best of the rewards.
