He was a successful merchant, military leader, strategist, and of course a successful prophet. The author- Michael H. Hart attributes this to the fact that Muhammad (PBUH) was prosperous in both the political and religious realms. He also writes that Muhammad (PBUH)'s role in the development of Islam is far more influential than Jesus's collaboration in the development of Christianity.
